  • 0.08 Litre Full cream milk
  • 1/2 tbsp Milk powder
  • 0.17 tbsp Sugar
  • 0.17 tsp Kewda essence
  • 0.08 tsp Saffron strands
  • 0.06 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 0.17 tbsp pistachios (chopped)

  • 0.13 cup Milk

How to Make Kesar Pista Rabdi With Custard Pancakes Recipe

STEP 01

Firstly, boil milk in a pan on medium heat.

STEP 02

When it starts boiling, add sugar.

STEP 03

Cut bread in small pieces and grind into a fine powder.

STEP 04

Add this powder in milk and mix well.

STEP 05

Cook on low flame till it starts thicken, then add milk powder.

STEP 06

Mix saffron in 1 tbsp milk and add kewda essence.

STEP 07

Add this saffron milk and cardamom powder in rabdi.

STEP 08

Stir and switch off the flame.

STEP 09

For pancake, take flour, milk, sugar powder, vanilla extract, custard powder and baking soda.

STEP 10

Mix all well to make a lump free batter.

STEP 11

Heat a nonstick pancake pan, add 1 tsp oil and put batter with the help of ladle.

STEP 12

Cook from both sides and keep in plate.

STEP 13

Spread rabdi on pancakes, garnish with chopped pistachios, saffron and serve.
