Ingredients for Kesar Pista Kulfi Recipe

  • 1/2 Litres liter full fat milk or whole milk
  • As Required Elaichi
  • As Required chopped pista to garnish
  • 50 g Sugar ( adjust to taste )
  • As Required Few strands kesar
  • 1/2 Cup cream

Directions: Kesar Pista Kulfi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take milk in a vessel. Heat the milk on full flame till firat boil.
  • STEP 2.After the first boil add all ingredients and let it simmer on low flame till u get rich color and till the milk goes half in quantity with boiling.
  • STEP 3.Then take it off the stove and let it cool completely.
  • STEP 4.After that transfer it to the kulfi stand and put it in freezer.
  • STEP 5.After 8 hrs remove from freezer and enjoy the delicious creamy homemade kulfi.
  • STEP 6.Garnish it with some crushed pistachio and kesar before serving.
