  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pot and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and dried red chilies. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and saut�� until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and saut�� for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add cauliflower florets and coconut milk. Mix gently to coat the florets with the spices.
  • STEP 6.Cover the pot and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes until the cauliflower is tender.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve the Kerala pot roasted cauliflower hot with rice or roti.
