  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

  • 1 Onions, Sliced
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • as per your need Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the mutton pieces with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and sliced onions. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute. Then add the marinated mutton pieces and cook until they are browned.
  • STEP 4.Add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Pour coconut milk and water into the pan. Cover and simmer for about 1-2 hours or until the mutton is tender.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or appam.
