Ingredients for Kerabu Nangka Recipe
- 60 milliliter peanut oil
- 200 milliliter coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon palm sugar
- 1/2 Nos Lime or lemon
- 1 Nos turmeric leaf
- 200 gram young jackfruit
- 3 piece fermented soya bean cake
- 3 Nos fried bean curd
- 8 Nos long beans or snake beans
- 6 Nos fresh red chillies
- 1 Nos bird
- As required s eye chilli
- 1 Inch Ginger'chopped
- 8 Nos Candlenuts
- 2 Nos lemongrass
- 2 cm fresh turmeric
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 2 tablespoon dried shrimps
- 1 cm galangal
- 1 Nos kaffir lime leaf
- As required Water to blend

How to Make Kerabu Nangka Recipe
step 1
STEP 01
Boil beans in water and cut them into pieces, Mix all the ingredients of the paste.

STEP 01
Add oil in a pan, heat it and add paste & stir fry it until oil separates, to this add coconut milk, water, salt and sugar.

STEP 01
Stir well and cook it at low flame for 20 minutes till gravy thickens and let the paste cool down,add lime juice,shredded turmeric leaf,and toasted,grated coconut and mix well.

6.place the rest of the ingredients into a bowl and then add the paste.
