A very delicious and unique classic Malay salad made with jackfruit, beans, chillies, turmeric, lemon grass and spices, this salad is prepared along with a gravy which is best to be served in dinner and would be a treat for your taste buds.

Boil beans in water and cut them into pieces, Mix all the ingredients of the paste.
Add oil in a pan, heat it and add paste & stir fry it until oil separates, to this add coconut milk, water, salt and sugar.
Stir well and cook it at low flame for 20 minutes till gravy thickens and let the paste cool down,add lime juice,shredded turmeric leaf,and toasted,grated coconut and mix well.
6.place the rest of the ingredients into a bowl and then add the paste.
