Ingredients for Ker Ki Sabzi Recipe

  • 1/2 kilogram Ker
  • 1 Curd bowl
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander powder
  • 8-10 Garlic Cloves
  • 3 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon Asafoetida powder
  • 1.50 tablespoon Salt

Directions: Ker Ki Sabzi Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a bowl soak ker for 3 nights in salt(some)water.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Change the water 2-3 times

step 3

  • STEP 3.Crush the ker partially with the crusher.

step 4

  • STEP 4.In the curd add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and coriander powder.

step 5

  • STEP 5.Mix well with the spoon.

step 6

  • STEP 6.Then add ½ bowl water into the curd & mix.

  • STEP 7.Crush garlic cloves with hand crusher

step 10

  • STEP 8.1.add oil in a pan and heat it.

  • STEP 9.2.now add cumin seeds and asafoetida powder.

step 12

  • STEP 10.3.then add the prepared masala curd and crushed garlic.

step 13

  • STEP 11.4.mix well and cook for 2-3 mins.

step 14

  • STEP 12.5.now add the crushed ker.

step 15

  • STEP 13.6.add 1 ½ tbsp salt.

step 16

  • STEP 14.7.cover it and cook it for 5-7 mins at low flame.
