Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions until they are golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Add minced meat (keema) and cook until it is browned.
  • STEP 4.Add spices (cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala) and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
  • STEP 6.Remove from heat and let the keema filling cool.
