  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add minced meat and cook until it is browned and cooked through.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste, spices, and herbs, and cook for a few more minutes.
  • STEP 4.Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into oval shapes.
  • STEP 5.Place a spoonful of the meat filling in the center of each dough oval.
  • STEP 6.Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
