Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, and cinnamon stick.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
  • STEP 4.Add minced meat and cook until it changes color.
  • STEP 5.Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 6.Add chicken liver and cook until it is cooked through.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
