  • 66.67 g Dry white peas
  • 33.33 g Chicken keema
  • 0.33 Cup Onion sliced
  • 0.33 Tsp Garlic crushed
  • 0.67 Tsp Tomato paste
  • 0.33 Pieces Small potato
  • 0.33 Tsp Mustard oil
  • To Taste Salt
  • As Required Turmeric powder
  • As Required Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • As Required Sugar
  • 0.33 Tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • As Required Garam masala powder
  • 0.67 Pieces green chillies

Directions: Keema Ghugni#ChickenRecipes #FEM5K

  • STEP 1.The peas are soaked overnight and then pressure cook with water and little salt.(5-6 whistles)
  • STEP 2.Heat a pan add mustard oil add onion sliced and half small spoon sugar,potato(small dices)fry for 4 to 5 minutes on low heat , now add crushed garlic and fry for few seconds, then add chicken keema, salt,half teaspoon turmeric powder, half teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder,garam masala powder and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.after 5 minutes add tomato paste mix all ingredients nicely and cook until masala almost dry... Transfer masala into the pressure cooker mix with boiled white peas add 2 green chillies,water and salt as per requirement. Pressure cook(another 2 whistles). Leave as much gravy as needed and let the rest dry. serve hot with poori, paratha, roti, bread etc.
