STEP 1.Take a stockpot and on medium heat apply the olive oil, then add the liver pieces and give it a good stir.

STEP 2.Now add all the spices minced garlic cloves, chili pepper, paprika, cumin, pepper, and salt to taste.

STEP 3.Mix the liver well with the spices and add the water. Cover your pan with a lid and let it cook for 15 mins.

STEP 4.After 15 mins add the cilantro and lemon juice, mix well with the liver and spices
step 5
STEP 5.Without covering your pan let it simmer for more 7-10mins. And once the water evaporates our dish is ready.
