Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the chicken pieces with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Then, add the marinated chicken and cook until it turns brown.
  • STEP 4.Add tomato puree, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add water and let it simmer until the chicken is cooked and the gravy thickens.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
