STEP 1.Cook n boil potatoes in pressure cooker for 3 whitsle cool it n remov skin from potatoes .in a pan add oil n hit on the flem add mustered seed cracle them add red garlic chatny haldi salt garam masala pomegranate seeds powder stir it until oil leaves pan now add baby potatoes again stir continuously to mix all masala n potatoes cover lid for few seconds open lid sprinkle coriander leaves transfer to servings bowl n serve with bhunda (frymus)
For making garlic chatny ina jar add garlic n salt n few water grind it now add red mirch powder again grind it again add few water n grind it 3 or 4 times make it n make smooth paste this is perfect for ladaiya bataka it's colour totally red smooth paste
