  • 1/4 cup Besan/gram flour
  • 1 g lass water
  • to taste Salt and sugar
  • As Required As needed oil
  • 1 tsp Curry leaves
  • 1 g reen chillies
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon flower
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

Directions: Kathi Mithi Kadi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly mix besan and water and stir it properly to make it plain then put some oil in pan then heat it then put green chilli and curry leaves,cumin seeds inside it.
  • STEP 2.Put the mixture of besan inside it then stir it then add all masala and sugar in it.
  • STEP 3.Then cook it for some mins and when it become thick turn the gas off then serve it with rice or pakoda, our khati mithi besan kadi is ready.
