Ingredients for Kathi kebab Recipe

  • 100 g Skinless boneless chicken
  • 1.50 Tbsp Chile Ginger garlic pest
  • 1/2 Tbsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 Tsp dhaniya jeera powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam masala
  • 1.50 Tbsp curds
  • 1/2 Pieces juice of lemon
  • 2 Tbsp Bread crumbs
  • 1 Pieces eggs

How to Make Kathi Kebab Recipe

STEP 01

Marinate chicken in above masala for atleast 30 min.

STEP 02

Heat nin stick pan,add marinated chicken,cook on full flame till almost done and water has dried.

STEP 03

Take wooden skewers,soak them in water for some time.

STEP 04

Put chicken peices on woodek skewers,4 to 5 peices in each skewer.

STEP 05

Roll skewers on bread crumbs,press crumbs on the peices.

STEP 06

Beat egg,roll each skewer with egg and deep fry till golden brown.

STEP 07

Serve with mint chutney.
