Ingredients for Kathi kebab Recipe
- 100 g Skinless boneless chicken
- 1.50 Tbsp Chile Ginger garlic pest
- 1/2 Tbsp chilli powder
- 1/4 Tsp dhaniya jeera powder
- 1/2 Tbsp tandoori masala
- 1/2 Tsp Garam masala
- 1.50 Tbsp curds
- 1/2 Pieces juice of lemon
- 2 Tbsp Bread crumbs
- 1 Pieces eggs
How to Make Kathi Kebab Recipe
Marinate chicken in above masala for atleast 30 min.
Heat nin stick pan,add marinated chicken,cook on full flame till almost done and water has dried.
Take wooden skewers,soak them in water for some time.
Put chicken peices on woodek skewers,4 to 5 peices in each skewer.
Roll skewers on bread crumbs,press crumbs on the peices.
Beat egg,roll each skewer with egg and deep fry till golden brown.
Serve with mint chutney.
