  • STEP 1.Boil the raw jackfruit pieces until tender and drain the water.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, bay leaf, and whole spices for tempering.

  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
