  • 1/20 cup Ghee
  • 1/10 cup Khoya
  • 1/10 cup Sugar

  • STEP 1.Dry roast the poppy seeds until they turn golden brown. Let them cool and grind them into a fine powder.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat ghee and add the poppy seed powder. Roast for a few minutes until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add khoya and sugar to the pan and mix well. Cook until the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
  • STEP 4.Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Shape the mixture into small round balls and let them cool completely before serving.
