Ingredients for Kashmiri Shufta Recipe

  • 0.13 Cups Dates
  • 1.25 Tbsp ghee (melted)
  • A Pinch Saffron
  • 0.13 Cups Almonds
  • A Few Walnuts
  • A Few Raisins
  • A Few Cashews
  • A Pinch Elaichi powder
  • A Pinch Dry ginger powder
  • A Pinch Cinnamon powder
  • 1.25 Tbsp Sugar
  • A Few Dry rose petals
  • 25 g Paneer
  • A Few Coconut flakes

Directions: Kashmiri Shufta Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak dry fruits and dates separately for 30 mins
  • STEP 2.Now, in a pan, add ghee and fry paneer and dry coconut flakes. Then remove the dry fruits and dates, slice the dates and add everything in the pan. Add sugar and mix everything together. Add saffron, rose water , dry rose petals, cinnamon powder, elaichi powder and dry ginger powder. Mix everything till sugar melts and all dry fruits are equally coated with chasni.
