  • 1 Tomatoes, Pureed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kasuri Methi
  • as needed Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, and cinnamon stick. Saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown. Then, add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Add tomato puree, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
  • STEP 4.Add paneer cubes and mix well. Cook for a few minutes until the paneer is coated with the masala.
  • STEP 5.Finally, add garam masala and kasuri methi. Mix well and cook for another minute.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
