  • 50 gram Paneer, Cut Into Cubes
  • 1/2 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 0.63 Ves
  • 1/4 inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Fresh Cream

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, and cinnamon stick.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add chopped fenugreek leaves and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 7.Add paneer cubes and mix gently.
  • STEP 8.Add salt and water. Cover the pan and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  • STEP 9.Garnish with fresh cream and serve hot with roti or rice.
