Ingredients for Kashmiri Laal Paneer Recipe

  • 66.67 gram Paneer
  • 0.67 nos tomatoes pureed
  • 0.33 tsp Garlic paste
  • 0.17 tsp Ginger paste
  • 0.17 tsp dry ginger powder
  • 0.08 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.33 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 0.33 tsp Fennel seeds powder
  • 0.67 nos green cardamom
  • 0.67 nos Cloves
  • 0.33 nos " cinnamon stick
  • 0.17 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.33 nos bay leaf
  • As required To taste salt and sugar
  • As required As needed oil

Directions: Kashmiri Laal Paneer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut the paneer into cubes and boil water adding salt
  • STEP 2.Now heat oil and fry the paneer with a sprinkle of salt and turmeric powder
  • STEP 3.Now soak it into the warm water and keep aside
  • STEP 4.Now in the same pan add oil and temper cumin seeds,bay leaf and whole garam masala
  • STEP 5.Add the puree and mix well,bring it to boil
  • STEP 6.Now add fennel seeds powder and dry ginger powder and boil
  • STEP 7.Finally add the paneer and a little bit of sugar, switch off and serve
