Ingredients for kashmiri dum aloo Recipe

  • 5 pieces Small potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • 3/4 pieces pieces lon
  • 1/4 pieces Big elaichi
  • 1/4 tsp jeera
  • 0.13 tsp sonth powder
  • a pinch Hing
  • 1/4 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp saunf roasted and grinded
  • 1/4 tbsp dalchini powder
  • 1 pieces Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 g lass water

Directions: Kashmiri Dum Aloo Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel and wash potatoes. Prick with fork.
  • STEP 2.Whisk curd. Mix little water and kashmiri red chilli powder.
  • STEP 3.Fry potatoes in hot oil on medium heat. Fry till golden. Remove extra oil from kadahi.
  • STEP 4.Add jeera, hing, dalchini, long, black pepper, elaichi, bay leaf in few tablespoons of hot oil and fry. Add kashmiri red chilli powder paste. Cook for 1 minute.
  • STEP 5.Mix whisk curd and little water. Mix saunf, sonth powder. Cook for a minute and add fried potatoes and salt.
  • STEP 6.Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Until the gravy is thick.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with coriander leaves and cream.
  • STEP 8.kashmiri dum aloo is ready.
