Ingredients for Kashifadachi bhaji ( pumpkin ) Recipe

  • 0.13 kg Kashi fal
  • 1/2 g reen chillies
  • 1/2 As Required 2 small tomato finely chopped
  • 1/4 As Required chopped onion
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic paste
  • as required Salt
  • as required Red chili powder
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • as required Coriander
  • as required Peanuts
  • 1/4 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tbsp Mustered seeds
  • 3/4 tbsp Oil

Directions: Kashifadachi Bhaji ( Pumpkin ) Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and cut the Pumpkin into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.put 3 spoons of oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and mustered seeds.
  • STEP 3.Add finely chopped onion, after it becomes a little golden, grind the green chillies and garlic in a mixer and add it.
  • STEP 4.Now add pumpkin , tomato and salt.
  • STEP 5.Cover the pumpkin a little and let it cook for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes add all the spices like red chili powder, turmeric powder.
  • STEP 6.Finely chop the peanutes put them in the pan, now mix everything and add coriander.
  • STEP 7.Keep the pan covered for 5 minutes..
  • STEP 8.Kashifadachi bhaji ( pumpkin ) ready to serve.
