Ingredients for Karela Tikki (Diabetic Friendly) Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Paneer grated
  • 1/2 cup Carrot grated
  • 1/2 cup Bitter gourd grated
  • 1/4 cup Instant oats powdered
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala powder
  • As required Salt

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl add ½ cup grated paneer, ½ cup grated carrot, ½ cup grated bitter gourd, ¼ cup powdered instant oats, ¼ turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp chaat masala powder and salt to taste. Combine all the ingredients well.

  • STEP 1.Shape the mixtures into tikkis. Arrange the tikkis on a preheated pan and drizzle a little oil over them. Fry till golden brown on both sides. Serve with green chutney.
