How to Make Karela Tikki (diabetic Friendly) Recipe
In a mixing bowl add ½ cup grated paneer, ½ cup grated carrot, ½ cup grated bitter gourd, ¼ cup powdered instant oats, ¼ turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp chaat masala powder and salt to taste. Combine all the ingredients well.
Shape the mixtures into tikkis. Arrange the tikkis on a preheated pan and drizzle a little oil over them. Fry till golden brown on both sides. Serve with green chutney.
