- 25 gram Green peas
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 g reen chillis
- 0.13 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- 0.06 cup water

How to Make Karaisutir Kochuri / Green Peas Hing Kachori Recipe
STEP 01
First wash and clean 100 gram green peas
STEP 02
Bring some water to boil add 1 tsp salt into it then blanch the green peas for 2 minutes and then Immediately transfer it to ice cold water
STEP 03
Now transfer the blanched green peas into a mixing jar ,add 2 green chillis, 1/2 tsp salt , 1 tsp sugar ,1/4 cup water and make a fine paste
STEP 04
In bowl take 1 tbsp ginger paste, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 3 tbsp water and mix well, keep this aside for later use
STEP 05
Next in a kadhai heat up 2 tbsp vegetable oil
STEP 06
Once the oil is hot add 1/2 tsp nigella seeds, 1/4 tsp hing and give a stir
STEP 07
Then add the prepared ginger paste mixture cook for two minutes or until the raw smell disappears
STEP 08
Now add in the green peas paste ,stir continuously and cook in low flame for 5-7 minutes
STEP 09
In a mixing bowl take 250 gram AP flour, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt ,3 tbsp vegetable oil and mix well
STEP 10
Next add water and make a soft dough and let it rest for 30 minutes
STEP 11
After 30 minutes knead the dough again for 2-3 minutes, cut out small portions from it
STEP 12
Roll and make some space in the center put some of the stuffing roll it flat again, repeat the same step for all the puris
STEP 13
Once done deep fry in medium heat until slightly golden and crispy
STEP 14
Karaisutir kochuri is ready
