  • 1/2 cup corn starch

  • Cut the chicken thighs into 4 pieces.
  • Cooking Directions

  • In a bowl, add soy sauce, sake, salt, ginger, garlic, and chicken.
  • Mix gently.
  • Let the mixture sit for 1hr
  • In another bowl mix corn starch, flour, salt and pepper.
  • Coat the marinated chicken with flour mixture
  • In a pan heat oil at medium heat for deep frying
  • Deep fry each piece depending on the size of the meat.
