  • 25 gram Jaggery
  • 37.50 gram Roasted peanuts

Directions: Kappalandi Mittai Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan heat 100gm of jaggery. Melt the jaggery and cook to form a sticky consistency.
  • STEP 2.Add the roasted peanuts into the pan and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Transfer to a vessel with butter paper. Spread out the mix evenly. Cut into pieces once cool.
