STEP 1.Take kantola add enough water & wash them & cut them vertically.
STEP 2.Now add oil in cooker & when oil is hot add mustard seeds & when they crackle add cumin seeds then hing Then garlic cloves & stir till few seconds.
STEP 3.Then add cut kantola to it & stir it properly. Add spices & give it a quick stir then add 2 spoons of water & close the lid of the cooker & allow three whistles.
STEP 4.Now when the cooker is cool completely then open it & if there is little water in the sabji then put on a slow flame & add sugar & stir it.
STEP 5.Let the water dry completely then remove it in a bowl.
STEP 6.Now kantola sabji is ready to serve with hot rotla.
