  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add chicken pieces to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 2 hours.
  • STEP 3.Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers and grill them until cooked through.
  • STEP 4.Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
