  • 1 kilogram kangni
  • As required Ghee
  • As required Fine Sugar

Directions: Kangni Ke Ladoo Recipe

  • STEP 1.Dry roast kangni at medium flame

  • STEP 2.Grind the dry roasted kangni into fine powder
  • STEP 3.add ghee in a kadai, grinded kangni powder & roast it. Roast it until it changes into brown color. Roasted very well let it cool down for sometime.
  • STEP 4.Add fine sugar powder and mix well. Now make balls of the mixture.
