Ingredients for Kanda poha Recipe

  • 0.67 cup soft poha
  • 0.33 Pieces Chopped tomato
  • 0.67 g Chopped Green chillies
  • A Few Leaves
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.17 tsp Chili powder
  • 0.17 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.17 tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.17 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 0.33 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.67 tbsp Oil
  • As Required Chopped coriander

Directions: Kanda Poha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly rinse the poha in water 2 times and set it aside.
  • STEP 2.Step 2
  • STEP 3.Heat Kadai with some oil and add mustard seeds, Peanuts and saute till peanuts turns crunchy.
  • STEP 4.Step 3
  • STEP 5.Now add onion and saute.
  • STEP 6.Step 4
  • STEP 7.Add a curry leaves and green chili and saute and add turmeric and saute it.
  • STEP 8.Step 5
  • STEP 9.Now add Poha, salt and mix well.
  • STEP 10.Step 6
  • STEP 11.squeeze lemon juice into the poha and switch it off.
  • STEP 12.Serve with hot tea..
