Ingredients for Kanda Bhajiya Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup sliced chopped onions
  • 1/4 Cup besan
  • 1 Tbsp rice flour
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 Tsp red chilli powder
  • 0.13 Tsp carrom seeds
  • 0.13 Tsp soda bicarb
  • 1/2 Tbsp hot oil
  • 1 Cup Oil for fry

Directions: Kanda Bhajiya Recipe

  • STEP 1.First take a bowl add onions both the flours and spices and mix it
  • STEP 2.Now add soda bicarb and hot oil on it and mix it in one direction
  • STEP 3.Now heat the oil for fry
  • STEP 4.Now fry it golden brown
  • STEP 5.And serve it hot with chutney or sauce.
