  • 1.50 pound Manila Clams
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 sprig curry leaves
  • 8-10 Nos bird
  • As required s eye chillies
  • 1 tablespoon dried shrimp
  • 8 Nos shallots
  • As required Salt
  • As required Ingredients for Seasoning Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soybean paste
  • 1.25 tablespoon shaoxing wine
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Directions: Kam Heong Lala Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Soak dried shrimp in water and mince it

step 2

  • STEP 2.Clean the shell of the calms and soak in salt water for 30 mins

step 3

  • STEP 3.Wash with cold water

step 4

  • STEP 4.Take a bowl, mix all the seasoning ingredients,mix well and keep it aside.

  • STEP 1.add oil in a pan & heat it.

step 7

  • STEP 1.add curry leaves,chillies and dried shrimp until fragrant

step 8

  • STEP 1.then add chopped shallots and stir fry it

step 9

  • STEP 1.now add the seasoning sauce,stir fry for a minute

step 10

  • STEP 1.cover with a lid and cook until the clams open up

step 11

  • STEP 1.after clams open up remove the lid and serve with steamed rice
