Ingredients for KALI MIRCH DUM PANEER Recipe

  • 50 Gms Paneer
  • 1/4 Pieces Chopped onion
  • 3/4 Pieces arlic cloves
  • 1/4 Inch Ginger
  • 1/4 Pieces Chopped green chilly
  • 1/4 Tbsp Cashew powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 Tbsp Fresh cream
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 0.06 Tsp Black pepper powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 Pieces Black cardamom
  • 1/4 Pieces reen cardamom
  • 1/2 Pieces Cloves
  • 1/4 Inch Cinnamon
  • To Taste Salt
  • 3/4 Tbsp Clarified butter
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander leaves

Directions: Kali Mirch Dum Paneer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat clarified butter in a pan,add onion,ginger garlic and saute until transparent.
  • STEP 2.Once cooled to make a paste,again heat clarified butter in the same pan
  • STEP 3.Add whole garam masala to crackle now add fried masala paste.
  • STEP 4.Add coriander powder and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add milk and cashew nut powder and bring to boil.
  • STEP 6.Add paneer pieces,fresh cream and garam masala powder and cook for five mins.
  • STEP 7.Add salt and mix well.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with coriander leaves and green chilly.
