  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Clean and wash the chicken liver thoroughly.
  • STEP 2.Marinate the liver with turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Saute until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
  • STEP 5.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
  • STEP 6.Add the marinated liver and cook on medium heat until it is cooked through.
