Ingredients for Kalakand Recipe

  • 1/2 litre Milk
  • 100 g rm paneer
  • 75 g rm sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Dryfruits

Directions: Kalakand Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a pan.. Add 1 litre milk. Boil it untill it thickens now add 200 grm paneer boil it now add sugar boil it untill water evoprates... Stir continuously otherwise it sticks to utensils.. Add dryfruit pieces of your choice.. Switch off the gas when stuffing leave utensil. Now grece the plate with ghee add stuffing make pieces & serve it... You can make kesar kalakand also by adding kesar while adding dryfruits
