How to Make Kalakand Recipe
STEP 01
Boil one liter milk on the gas.
STEP 02
When it boiled add the lemon juice and cover the milk.
STEP 03
After few mins milk is fully curdled.
STEP 04
Strain the milk in a muslin cloth and wash in fresh water for 2 - 3 times.
STEP 05
And hang the cheena in muslin cloth for half an hour.
STEP 06
Now we get soft paneer.
STEP 07
We mashed the paneer very well and make a soft and smooth dough.
STEP 08
Boil half liter milk till it reduced to half and then add paneer and sugar powder and mix well.
STEP 09
Stir continuously for 8 - 10 mins then switch off the gas.
STEP 10
Add cardamom powder and mix well.
STEP 11
Grease the plate and pour the kalakand mixture and spread on the plate garnish with crushed almonds
STEP 12
Set half an hour in the fridge .
STEP 13
Cut into diamond shape and serve it.
