  • 0.33 Pieces green chilli
  • 0.17 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 0.17 cup Tomato
  • 0.08 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.17 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 0.17 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 0.17 tsp Mango powder
  • 0.17 tsp Salt
  • 0.08 tsp garam masala
  • 0.17 cup Kala chana
  • 0.33 tbsp Coriander leaves

Directions: Kala Chana Tomato Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.firstly, in a pressure cooker take 3 tsp oil and saute spices.
  • STEP 2.now saute 1 onion, 2 green chilli and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
  • STEP 3.also, saute 1 cup tomato until it turns soft and mushy.
  • STEP 4.furthermore, add spices and 1 tsp salt.
  • STEP 5.saute on low flame, till the oil releases from tomato.
  • STEP 6.now add 1 cup black chana or kala chana soaked overnight. saute for a minute.
  • STEP 7.add 3 cups of water and mix well.
  • STEP 8.cover and pressure cook for 8 whistles or till chana get cooked completely.
  • STEP 9.now add ½ tsp garam masala, 2 tbsp coriander and mix well.
  • STEP 10.finally, serve kala chana curry with rice or roti.
