Ingredients for Kaki Gohan Recipe

  • 2 cup Rice
  • 2 jars oysters
  • 20 gram ginger root
  • 2 cup Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Sake
  • 2 tablespoon Mirin

Directions: Kaki Gohan Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash the rice in water and the oysters in salted water.
  • STEP 2.In a pot boil a mixture of soy sauce, salt, sake and mirin.
  • STEP 3.Add the oysters and cook for 3 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Cook the rice in a rice cooker.
  • STEP 5.Mix the oysters to the rice and leave for 10 minutes. Then mix and serve.
