STEP 1.Wash the rice in water and the oysters in salted water.
STEP 2.In a pot boil a mixture of soy sauce, salt, sake and mirin.
STEP 3.Add the oysters and cook for 3 minutes.
STEP 4.Cook the rice in a rice cooker.
STEP 5.Mix the oysters to the rice and leave for 10 minutes. Then mix and serve.
