  • STEP 1.In a blender, grind together cashews, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger, and garlic.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix the ground mixture with besan, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Add water as needed to form a thick dough.
  • STEP 4.Grease a plate and spread the dough evenly on it.
  • STEP 5.Steam the dough for 15-20 minutes until cooked.
  • STEP 6.Allow the steamed dough to cool and then cut it into squares.
