  • 1 cup Kairi pulp
  • 1 cup Jaggery / Gudh
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • As required Ice
  • 2 teaspoon Kairi pulp
  • As required Water

How to Make Kairi Cha Panha Recipe

STEP 01

For making pulp for kairiche panhe, take a cooker.

STEP 02

Add 1cup water and place a dish at the bottom.

STEP 03

Take 3 kairi and wash them really well. Kairi should not be soft. place them in cooker pot.

STEP 04

Close cooker and cook kairi on medium heat until 2 whistles.

STEP 05

Peel the cooked kairi and put them into a dish.

STEP 06

Mash it and take out pulp. Take 1 cup kairi pulp.

STEP 07

Blend jaggery pieces into blender pot and mix it with kairi pulp.

STEP 08

Add 1 cup blended jiggery in it. Beat the mixture really good with hand.

STEP 09

Jaggery must be mixed well with kairi pulp.

STEP 10

You can use blender for mixing jaggery and kairi pulp.

STEP 11

Add cardamom powder and mix well.

STEP 12

Take a bowl and place a strainer on it.

STEP 13

Strain the pulp and jaggery mixture through it so that any lumps of jaggery will be removed.

STEP 14

Pulp for panhe is already. You can store this pulp in airtight glass bottle in freeze.

STEP 15

For making kairi panhe, take panhe pulp.

STEP 16

Add ice if you want and add water.

STEP 17

Mix well and serve.
