Ingredients for Kai Yudsai Recipe

  • As required For Kai Yudsai
  • 2 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon white peppercorns
  • 1 cilantro root, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, small diced
  • 1/2 cup tomato, diced
  • 125 gram ground pork
  • 1.50 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/4 inch cup long beans, cut into 1/4 s
  • 1 teaspoon 2 tamarind juice
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
  • As required Jasmine rice for serving
  • As required Garnish: Finely julienned red bell pepper and cilantro

Directions: Kai Yudsai Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Pound garlic, white peppercorns and cilantro roots in a mortar and pestle till it turns into a smooth paste. Take a bowl and combine ground pork and condiment together and mash the pork well.

  • STEP 1.Beat two eggs with fish sauce well so that no chunks are left behind and the mixture attained is smooth and lump free.

  • STEP 1.In a pan heat some oil over medium heat and add the garlic mixture to it. Gook it till it becomes golden and aromatic and then add in chopped onions and tomatoes to it and cook it till the onions turn transparent and tomatoes are mashed up and cooked well.

  • STEP 1.Add ground pork, sugar, oyster sauce, and cook it while stirring occasionally. Add long beans and stir it for one more minute.

  • STEP 1.Once the pan is hot, add the eggs and tilt the pan till the whole surface of the pan is coated equally. Reduce the flame and cook the eggs until it turns golden brown.
