  • STEP 1.To make the dough, mix rice flour with hot water and knead until smooth.
  • STEP 2.For the sweet filling, combine grated coconut and jaggery in a pan and cook until the jaggery melts.
  • STEP 3.For the savory filling, soak udad dal for a few hours, then grind it with spices to make a coarse paste.
  • STEP 4.Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them into discs.
