Wash the rice and soak in water for about 45 minutes.

Heat some oil in a pan and add onions and green chillies. Fry till the onions are translucent.
Add ginger paste and salt and fry till the raw smell disappears.
Next, add chopped mint leaves and saute.
Add the cleaned chicken pieces and mix well to combine.
Next, add all the spices and mix well.
Add a cup of whipped curd and cook until the chicken is cooked.
Finally, add the soaked rice along with chopped coriander leaves. Cover and cook till the rice is perfectly cooked.
Add a tablespoon of ghee over the pulao and serve.
