Ingredients for Kadhi Pulao Recipe

  • 10 Cashew
  • As required Oil
  • 1 large slit onion
  • 2 Green chilies
  • As required Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
  • 1/2 kilogram Chicken
  • 2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon biryani masala
  • 3 teaspoon thick curd
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 3.50 cup Rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander
  • 6 tablespoon Ghee

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.Wash the rice and soak in water for about 45 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Clean the chicken pieces and keep them aside.
  • STEP 3.In a pan, heat some oil, add cashew nuts and fry until golden.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat some oil in a pan and add onions and green chillies. Fry till the onions are translucent.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger paste and salt and fry till the raw smell disappears.
  • STEP 3.Next, add chopped mint leaves and saute.
  • STEP 4.Add the cleaned chicken pieces and mix well to combine.
  • STEP 5.Next, add all the spices and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add a cup of whipped curd and cook until the chicken is cooked.
  • STEP 7.Finally, add the soaked rice along with chopped coriander leaves. Cover and cook till the rice is perfectly cooked.
  • STEP 8.Add a tablespoon of ghee over the pulao and serve.
