1- in a bowl add besan, 1/4 tsp salt , baking powder and make thick batter adding with sufficient water.
2- Heat oil in a pan for frying and drop small sized pakodi from prepared batter of besan. Fry on medium flame till golden brown. Remove from oil and keep it in a plate.
3- for making kadhi in a bowl add curd, 2tbsp besan, salt as required, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and 1 glass water and make thin batter.
4- Heat a pan and add kadhi batter and boil. Stir occasionally. Boil 10 minutes on medium flame. Add fried pakodi and mix. Cook for another 5 minutes on medium flame till thickened.
5- for tadka in a tadka pan heat 1 tsp oil . Add hing, cumin seed, whole red chilly and curry leaves. After its crackled remove from heat and add this in kadhi. Your kadhi is ready to serve. Serve hot with rice.
