  • 1/2 liter Buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic crush
  • 1 tablespoon Gram Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 10-12 Curry Leaves
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • As required Salt

How to Make Kadhi Recipe

STEP 01

In a large bowl, take buttermilk. Add turmeric powder, sugar, salt, gram flour. Mix everything well.

STEP 02

Heat some oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chilli, curry leaves & crushed ginger garlic.

STEP 03

Saute everything well.

STEP 04

Then add the buttermilk mixture and some water.

STEP 05

Boil the kadhi for 5 minutes.

STEP 06

Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot!
