Ingredients for Kadai Paneer Recipe

  • 500 gram Paneer
  • 1 cup chopped Onions
  • 1 cup Tomatoes
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Dry fenugreek powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped Capsicum
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • As required Salt
  • As required Sugar
  • As required For kadai masala
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander seeds
  • 2 No.s Dry red chillies
  • 1 tablespoon Fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Green cardamom
  • 2 No.s Cloves

Directions: Kadai Paneer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Roast the spices for masala in a pan for 5 minutes. Then transfer them to a spice grinder and let it cool down. Then make a fine powder and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Take another pan and melt some butter and add onions, tomatoes in it . Add sliced green chillies and ginger garlic paste.
  • STEP 3.Add tomatoes paste and kadai masala. Add garam masala. Add ginger pieces and add cook for 30 seconds.
  • STEP 4.Add ½ cup of water and stir. Add cream, salt and sugar. Cook for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add capsicum and paneer cubes in. Cook on medium flame and add kasuri methi. Garnish with ginger and cilantro
