STEP 1.Roast the spices for masala in a pan for 5 minutes. Then transfer them to a spice grinder and let it cool down. Then make a fine powder and keep aside.
STEP 2.Take another pan and melt some butter and add onions, tomatoes in it . Add sliced green chillies and ginger garlic paste.
STEP 3.Add tomatoes paste and kadai masala. Add garam masala. Add ginger pieces and add cook for 30 seconds.
STEP 4.Add ½ cup of water and stir. Add cream, salt and sugar. Cook for a minute.
STEP 5.Add capsicum and paneer cubes in. Cook on medium flame and add kasuri methi. Garnish with ginger and cilantro
