  • 2 Nos tomatoes
  • 1 cup red onion
  • 5 Nos small avocado
  • 5 Nos medium cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • As required Salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 sprig Cilantro

  • STEP 1.In a cup of water,add salt and soak chopped onion for 15 minutes

  • STEP 1.Chop tomatoes and remove the core

step 3

  • STEP 1.In a bowl mix onions,tomato,avocado and cucumber, olive oil, lime juice,salt and black pepper. Mix all the seasoning well and serve.
