A very delicious tangy dish prepared from kachri(wild cucumber).Kachri Phali ki Sabzi is a traditional Rajasthani dry vegetable recipe. A simple, rustic, and delicious village recipe made of Kachri, which belongs to the melon family and looks like a wild cucumber, with fresh green beans (phali).

Ingredients for Kachri Ki Sabzi Recipe

  • 10-15 Nos kachri
  • 2 tablespoon red chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • As required Salt
  • 8-10 Nos garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 cup mustard oil

Directions: Kachri Ki Sabzi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and cut kachri into pieces

step 2

  • STEP 2.Add garlic cloves,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder & salt in a crusher and grind them finely.

  • STEP 3.Add little water and mix well

step 5

  • STEP 4.1.add oil in a kadai & heat it.

step 6

  • STEP 5.2.add cumin seeds and let it crackle.

step 7

  • STEP 6.3.now add grinded paste & saute well

step 8

  • STEP 7.4.then add the kachri pieces and cook it at medium flame

step 9

  • STEP 1.add some water and stir it to avoid sticking. cook it for 3-4 mins and then turn off the gas.
