STEP 2.Add garlic cloves,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder & salt in a crusher and grind them finely.

STEP 4.1.add oil in a kadai & heat it.

STEP 5.2.add cumin seeds and let it crackle.

STEP 6.3.now add grinded paste & saute well

STEP 7.4.then add the kachri pieces and cook it at medium flame

STEP 1.add some water and stir it to avoid sticking. cook it for 3-4 mins and then turn off the gas.
