Ingredients for Kachkola'R Kofta Recipe

  • 400 gram Unripe green bananas
  • As required Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 3 cup Water
  • 80 gram boiled potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Onion paste
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 2 tablespoon Grated coconut
  • 2 Chopped green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted spices powder
  • 130 gram Potatoes
  • 2 Dried red chilies
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 3 Cardamom
  • 1 Cinnamon
  • 3 Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • As required Grated coconut
  • As required Green chilies
  • As required Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Mustard oil

Directions: Kachkola'r Kofta Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Cut the green bananas and boil it in a pressure cooker, adding salt to taste, turmeric powder.

  • STEP 2.Peel the skin of the boiled bananas

step 3

  • STEP 3.In a bowl add the boiled potatoes with the boiled bananas,mash it well

step 4

  • STEP 4.Add onion paste,ginger paste,grated coconut,chopped green chilies, salt, sugar,cumin powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,roasted spices powder and maida. Mix well

  • STEP 5.Make balls of it and deep fry the balls, refrigerate it for 30days

  • STEP 6.Make a paste of ginger paste, cumin powder 1tsp, coriander powder 1tsp,kashmiri red chili powder 1tsp with water.

  • STEP 7.Heat the pan and add mustard oil,

  • STEP 8.Temper with red chilies, bay leaves,cardamom,cloves,cinnamon and cumin seeds

  • STEP 9.Add the diced potatoes and fry well , till golden

step 10

  • STEP 10.Add the grated coconut do not let it burn

step 11

  • STEP 11.Add the paste of ginger paste, cumin powder 1tsp, coriander powder 1tsp,kashmiri red chili powder 1tsp with water

  • STEP 12.Cook well and add water, cook for 5mix until the potatoes get soft

  • STEP 13.Add water and the koftas and cook for 4 mins

step 14

  • STEP 14.Add ghee and garam masala

step 15

  • STEP 15.Serve with rice
